My Mission as your agency:
Our goal is to turn each and every one of our clients into a credit-worthy home buyer. We know the risks and benefits of renting to own a home and our clients will have every safegaurd available working for them. If our clients are not at a place in their lives where home ownership is realistic, we will begin the work of getting them there in the future while protecting their identity and credit to avoid having all their hard work destroyed.
What you should know:
There are uncountable numbers of investors and companies out there offering homes to people with bad credit or no credit. Between rent-to-owns and terrible loans, people with credit issues are an easy target for these groups. Why? Because so many people desperately want to own their own home but can't. To top it all off, even if they want to rebuild bad credit, they have no idea where to start. When someone comes along offering quick fixes, they jump at the chance, and lose a lot of money in the process. The only people being helped are the investors.
How we will work together:
As soon as you become a client with us, you will be placed under our "umbrella" of services.
Your credit will be checked, reviewed by our mortgage broker, and monitored for any suspicious activities. You will be given a detailed list of items on your credit report that negatively affect your home loan chances and how they can be corrected. When you are getting close enough to this goal, we will begin your search for rent-to-own homes that match your wants as well as your budget. If you are unable to find a fit for one of these types of homes, you credit will continue to improve and eventually, you will be able to obtain the loan and purchase any home you want!
