Want a home but can't qualify right now?  It might be easier than you think to still get a home.  Let's face it, tougher lending guidelines are making it very difficult for potential homebuyers to qualfy for a mortgage.  What was once the American Dream (home ownership) has turned into a nightmare for many well intentioned people with the shady loan programs offered in the not-so-distant past.  The good news is that there are still ways to buy a home even though you may not qualify right now with conventional financing.  I am talking about Rent-to-Own or Lease Option Programs.  I am the Realtor who brings Investors and potential Buyers together for a win-win scenario.
